Policies – 3D Printed City Maps

Thank you for your interest in our 3D printed city maps. Each piece is made to order with great care and attention to detail. Please review our policies below:

Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: Customers have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Condition Requirement: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition.

• Photo Proof: Clear photos of the item must be provided before a return is approved. If the item is damaged due to customer handling or improper repackaging, the return will not be accepted.

• Shipping Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Custom Orders

• Custom or personalized map orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged Items

• If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement if eligible.
